I won't go into detail on every outfit as I sort of stayed in the same style the whole time (pretty, casual, simple) until the night I wore the last outfit pictured above. Now part of the reason I have such a huge shopping addiction is because I forbid outfit repeating so every-time I need something for a special occasion I will buy something new.. That was until I purchased this playsuit. It's from ASOS, it's heavily embellished with silver and pearly beads, it has an open back and a lightweight chiffon underlay. I originally purchased this as my birthday outfit and wore it with silver peep-toe platforms for a night out. I love it so much I just couldn't leave it behind! I tried to tone it down with my Zara flatforms but it still looked super glam to the point that I felt slightly overdressed for dinner haha!
I nearly cried uploading these photos as I'm currently suffering from a serious case of the holiday blues. I went on holiday for two weeks so this is less than half of the outfits I wore whilst away, but in all honesty I'm not one for dressing up every night and I doubt anyone wanted to see me in a swing vest, denim shorts and sandals that much. A massive thank-you to my boyfriend who stood for hours in total trying to get a photo that I liked (which if you know me you'll know is borderline impossible, I find fault in every photo of me ever taken).. So, props to Cianan!
It was such a lovely holiday, and like I said I'm hating being home! We stayed in the Dream Gran Castillo 5* Resort in Lanzarote and it was so beautiful, definitely lived up to the reviews and my expectations. I'm already thinking about where to go next year!
